Terms of Service
Last updated 28 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Kuppit Cloud application platform, operated by Kuppit LLC ("Kuppit", "we"). By signing in you agree to them. Kuppit is in private alpha, and much of what follows exists to be honest about what that means.
What private alpha means
- Access is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn.
- There is no uptime commitment and no service level agreement.
- Features may change or be removed without notice.
- Data loss is unlikely but possible. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose.
- We may need to restart, migrate or redeploy your services for operational reasons.
Do not run anything on Kuppit today that your business depends on being available.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your GitHub account secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.
Your content
Your source code, configuration and data remain yours. You grant Kuppit only the licence necessary to operate the service on your behalf: to fetch, build, store, deploy and run your application, and to display logs and metadata back to you.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you deploy, and for ensuring your application complies with the law where it operates.
Acceptable use
You may not use Kuppit to:
- Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Send spam, run phishing pages, or distribute malware.
- Mine cryptocurrency, or run workloads whose main purpose is consuming compute.
- Attack, scan or disrupt any third party, or Kuppit itself.
- Attempt to escape your workload's isolation, or reach other tenants' resources.
- Resell Kuppit's infrastructure as your own platform.
We may suspend a service immediately if it is causing harm, and will tell you why.
Availability and support
The service is provided as-is during alpha. Support is best-effort and informal. We are actively looking for reports of things that are broken — that is a large part of why the alpha exists.
Fees
Where billing is enabled, charges are described at the point you enable them and processed by Stripe. Pricing during alpha is provisional and may change with notice. You are responsible for the resources your applications consume.
Termination
You may stop using Kuppit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or wind down alpha access generally. Where we end your access without cause, we will give you reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuppit is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuppit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes
We will update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after a change means you accept it; the "last updated" date above marks the current revision.
